Team Work-Team in sports, Team in family, team in couples, teams at work should be out for one common goal, to win, together, but often times we compete against one another forgetting the goal of the team, whatever that is. Risk, uncertainty or emotional exposure is not optional. You must be willing to engage in the work and it may require you getting your butt kicked, but if your for the team, what ever team youre on, you will get in the arena and take the risk of a few uncertainties and commit to win. Those that dont want to be pinned down but want the rewards of the team, when they do win, should be . reminded of the goal of the team. The reward is so much sweeter with the team. But if they dont want to be there, dont push or keep them there. Teamwork makes the dreamwork
