Team approach Team Approach (Define Team Approach) A whole team approach recognizes that in order for the team to be successful, members cannot operate in isolation. Each team member must know and appreciate every other team members strengths and skills. Each team member must also be willing to switch roles when the need arises and remained focused on the success of the project, doing whatever is necessary whether or not its technically their job. Elsewhere teamwork is defined as those behaviors that facilitate effective team member interaction, with team defined as a group of two or more individuals who perform some work related task, interact with one another dynamically, have a shared past, have a foreseeable shared future, and share a common fate. My Key Points !!! (Key Point #1) Pray Together Plan Together! The Bible says the prayer of a righteous person is powerful and effective, yet something extraordinary happens when two or more agree together in prayer. In Matt. 18:19, Jesus said, “If any two of you agree touching any matter on this earth, it shall be done.” (Pre Service Team Prayer) Lets Continue Pre-Service Prayer to help spiritually uplift each other Piotr to service. This Pre-Service Team Prayer is effective and will insure each team member is on the same wavelength and understand the true meaning or reason why we do this. Jesus! (Key Point #2) (Effective Communications) (Define Team-work) Teamwork is work done by several associates with each doing a part but all subordinating personal prominence to the efficiency of the whole So By Definition we know that Teamwork is the collective group as a whole with everyone be equally important to the health and strength of the Mission. So being equal we all have an Equal Voice. So each member of the Team should feel extremely comfortable approaching the team as a whole with ideas and thoughts knowing those opinions, Ideas thoughts will be welcomed and embraced. That Mission is to Save people and show them the Love and Light of Jesus the Savior of us all. We already Create a system of openness and loving Kindness within the Team so lets find ways to improve on that. Possible Ways to improve Allowing Completely Open Communications across the board without judgment. Continuing to create relationships/Bonds with team members outside of the ministry through meetings and organized hangouts. Lets find a Systems that allows us to communicate as a whole thats technologically easy for the members across the board.
