Technical Helpdesk Consultant Telecommunications Co! up to $2k My Client is a major telecommunications firm in SG SINGAPOREANS only working location Tai Seng Area Working hours: 5 days: 8am to 5.30pm / 8.30am to 5.30pm OR fixed shift 2.30pm to 12am OR fixed shift 4.30pm to 2am 5 days a week (rotating shifts) Summary of Role Requirements: - able to start ASAP advantageous - with some customer service and technical support background advantageous - able to communicate with mandarin speaking customers a plus though not compulsory - able to work shift hours as stated above - those with some techinical knowledge preferred - able to commit minimum 6 months or long term - With some over phone helpdesk, call center experience advantageous.
