Technical Maintenance Manager-UGANDA $ OPEN TO NEGOTIATION Our Client is a power company based in Uganda. They are looking for a Technical Maintenance Manager to join their team. Duties to include: You will be responsible for overseeing all technical aspects of the company You will be responsible for management of the company maintenance, fabrication and construction departments, overseeing all tasks associated with each department You will be responsible for personnel management, labour recruiting, recruitment as necessary You will be responsible for the development, implementation and management of adequate maintenance procedures within the factories and throughout the company to ensure a high level of anticipated and preventative maintenance thereby keeping operational downtime to a minimum You will be responsible for all construction, fabrication and installation projects within the company You will be expected to ensure all oil expelling equipment and all other factory and other equipment within the company is maintained to run at optimal efficiency You will be required to undertake any other duties assigned by management KEY SKILL Dynamic / Self Motivated KEY QUALIFICATION Previous experience within a similar role is essential TO APPLY PLEASE FOLLOW THE LINK BELOW
