Technical Manager What you can expect: As a Technical Manager you will be expected to maintain and develop customer relationships according to Business Unit strategies. In addition, you will be required to identify and implement possible improvements to business processes to achieve higher customer satisfaction; conduct proactive research and in time reporting of market trends and competitor activities. Develop concepts and innovative solutions to address customer application concerns and problems with existing products . Ensure and oversee efficient execution of defined customer projects.
