Technical Support Engineer for Software Business department Date of joining: Immediately Experience: 1+ Year Location: Bangalore (near BTM) Roles and Responsibilities: · Configuration of OS / MS office products. · Printer configuration and trouble shooting. · Internet access settings. · Issues with sending and receiving mails. · Backup of data on need basis. · Coordination with vendor for any hardware specific issues. · Formatting hard disk and reinstallation of the operating system. · Monitoring of network components. · Update the stock details on weekly basis. Skills and Competencies: · Graduate/Diploma with 1- 2 years’ experience. · Two wheeler is mandatory · Good presentation and communication skills in English. · Microsoft certificated · Supporting on LAN connectivity. · Coordinating with L2 support engineer in case of Escalation. · Desktop and Laptop troubleshooting. · Configuration and Installation of Antivirus software.
