Technical Trainer - Electronics (Rustenburg) Requirements: • Grade 12 • Technical Training Certification is desirable • Training Diploma preferred • Min 1 years’ experience in similar position • Technical experience wrt electronics is preferred • Exceptional presentation skills • Strong verbal, written communication skills • Interpersonal customer facing skills • English, 1-2 African languages • Drivers license • Action and results orientated • Attention to detail • Excellent planning and organising skills • Able to take Initiative • Team worker Duties: • Maintain existing course guides based on product updates • Develop course materials and other documents such as hand-outs, manuals and exercises • Conduct presentations • Manage the training program and schedule the training in line with business and regulatory requirements • Continuously enhance technical instructional delivery, presentation skills and innovative training methods • Ensure the quality and consistency of course content throughout a course life cycle • Perform special project work as assigned by the manager Please send CVs to [email protected] Closing date: 7 February 2014
