Technical Writer Location: Tel Aviv (near Hashalom railway station) Team name: product Job Description: • Plan, write, edit, and maintain technical documents such as developer guides, user tutorials for technical users, to document the design of the system such that new hires would have materials. Next stage will be user-guides, release notes. • Work closely with product, R&D, QA, and Customer support to plan and create documentation. Requirements: • Fluent in written and spoken English. • Proven experience creating technical documentation intended for developers. • Proven ability to understand and explain complex systems, implementation and integration processes. • Experience creating quality documentation from product/technical specifications, engineer interviews, and working with pre-release software. • Exceptional writing skills and ability to explain complex technical issues in a way that is clear, simple and easy to understand. • Ability to learn independently and grasp new technical fields quickly. • Team player. • Excellent interpersonal skills. • Ability to collaborate with subject matter experts across multiple departments to ensure quality and technical accuracy of documentation. • Review, improve, and maintain existing documentation.
