The incumbent assists with capital project applications and the approval process, prepares draft requests for proposals, participates in infrastructure audits, tracks and analyzes water and waste water data, and manages capital projects. The incumbent works closely with other professional staff within the department and collaborates with Public Works Employees and community councils in project delivery, and the operation and maintenance of municipal infrastructure.
