Technically you should be finding a honey provider that is local to your area. The closer to home that the bees make your honey, the better. The reason being allergies. When you take honey into your body your also taking in the pollen and local nature. Your body uses these to help you fight allergies when the big allergy seasons hit so you are less effected. Now if you live in a desert, and you take in pollen from the evergreens in Canada, how is that really going to help you? Shop local, shop healthy, shop safe.
