Technique Tuesday - The best way to tease your hair at the crown? To tease the crown, first brush through hair to remove any tangles. Next, hold the hair straight up with one hand and, with the other hand, use a teasing comb, moving it down the length of the hair from the end towards the base of the scalp in short strokes. Repeat the process until the hair has the fullness and height you want. Spray newly teased sections with a firm hold hairspray. To finish, gently brush the crown back, smoothing the top without disturbing the hair cushion underneath.
