Ted Schubel with Info to Go - State Police say speed was a factor in this mornings tour bus accident in Stafford. Four people were seriously hurt after a passenger bus overturned on Interstate 95. The accident occurred about 4am at mile marker 137--near Mountain View Road. State Police say none of the injuries are life-threatening. All 54 passengers on the bus — including those who were not injured — were taken to area hospitals. State Police said this was done mainly to provide shelter from the winter storm. All of the passengers are of Chinese background, with limited English. The driver of the bus, 50-year old Qilong Xiao of Flushing, New York has been charged with reckless driving. State Police say the bus was traveling from New York to Doraville, Georgia. It was operated by Princess Tours, Inc., with headquarters in Indianapolis. The investigation continues.
