Ted is a delightful boy who has had a very bad start in life. He is extremely nervous. Ted needs a very experienced owner who can devote a lot of time to helping him become familiar with the world, and to find his own place in it. He has a sense of fun, and he has the ability to learn, but most of the time he is so anxious that both of these things are impossible for him. Ted has been fostered with us for a long time now. We are very fond of him and would love for him to stay with us. However, for him to reach his full potential we feel he needs to find a home where more time can be devoted to him. The second and third picture at the bottom of the page shows Ted and Rosie when they first arrived at rescue.
