Teddy Roosevelt was right. Though we came up short, our team did - TopicsExpress

Teddy Roosevelt was right. Though we came up short, our team did so while daring greatly, absolutely throwing ourselves into this most worthy of causes. There is no error without effort and shortcoming, but the credit is due to the men and women in the arena. Last night, and every night since July, I was proud to stand in the arena with Dylan Hayre for State Senate and our team. Thank you to every volunteer and leader that stood with us, that saw something different, and worked with us to try to get this done. You made us a better campaign. Some way, some how, I have a feeling that we will be back and I hope that you will stand with us again when that time comes. Thank you to my family that made it possible for me to follow this to the end (looking especially at Rich Walsh and Cheryl Walsh). Thank you to my incredible girlfriend Loey Bromberg for deciding that I was worth the insanity this thing brought into our lives. Thank you to my brothers in arms, Sean Donohue and Sam Miller. For your insistence, for your fierce dedication, for your WORK, for every moment when you questioned and pushed back because you were that bought in- I am at a loss for words to express my pride and gratitude for you both. Growing with you was a joy. Thank you to Stephen Roche, Russ Ashton, and J. Michael Gilbreath for all of your guidance and support.
