Teen Leadership Challenge (TLC) focuses on developing strong leaders. TLC is a leadership training program for teens aged 11-15 who are serious about developing leadership skills to make positive changes in their community, learning to work as part of a team and understanding the value of putting the needs of others before their own. Teens will learn to effectively resolve conflict, make decisions, set goals, and be an agent of change and a positive role model in our community. The most important part of this training program is the hands on experience teens will have in leading their communities, having a voice in leadership and the organization and planning of teen events, like the upcoming New Year’s Teen Masquerade Madness party. TLC is a way to gain valuable leadership skills for career goals, help your community and gain a feeling of accomplishment. Empower yourself to become a leader and an advocate for change.
