As Project Management Office Lead you will lead and manage the Project Management Office (PMO) team and resources. Key responsibilities include: • Lead and manage a PMO team for a system implementation project • Determine the project approach, staffing, responsibilities, and schedule • Define team member roles and expectations, and ensure timely feedback • Measure and monitor progress at clearly defined points in the process to ensure that the project is delivered on time, within budget, and that it meets or exceeds expectations • With other leads, develop, implement, and maintain the Management Plan, including the configuration management, risk management, project measurement, and quality management plans • Ensure that all requirements, project plans, and changes to commitment are communicated to all affected team members • Manage relationships and coordinate work between different teams at different locations. Manage relationships with all suppliers and subcontractors. Monitor their progress and adherence to the contract • Ensure that the project team follows all quality assurance processes, including periodic reviews and transitions • Represent the project team at client meetings. Obtain buy-in from senior management for all key project plans, commitments, and changes including requirements, quality assurance plans, budget, schedule, and scope changes • Ensure that the project’s assigned portion of the Business Case planned value is delivered • Ensure that the end product fulfills the contract and meets the sponsor’s expectations QualificationsProfessional Skill Requirements • Experience in IT large scale system integration project (CRM, Billing, Order Management) • Proven experience as PMO Lead • Excellent skills in workplan management, management of material resources, financial resources, and personnel resources • Proven ability to work with all levels of client and internal resources • Proven success in contributing to a team-oriented environment • Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment • Excellent leadership, communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills • Recognized University Degree • Ability to meet travel requirements, when applicable We also have the opportunities for the following levels: • Consulting role for candidates with 4 – 7 years experience • Manager role for candidates with 8 – 10 years experience • Senior Manager role for candidates with 10+ years experience Want to stay connected with Accenture about this and other job opportunities?
