Tellumat Electrical Engineering Vacancy Tellumat (Pty) Limited, a leader in business delivering competitive technology solutions to the Communications, Defence and Contract Manufacturing markets worldwide, requires a Technician based in Contract Manufacturing Division Retreat. Minimum Requirements: •ND Electrical Engineering (Light Current) •Experience in working in a high volume electronic manufacturing industry •Experience in diagnostics and fault finding of populated circuit boards •Computer literate (Ms Word, Excel, outlook) •Valid South African Identity document Recommended Competencies/Skills inter alia: •Conscientious with a strong focus on quality and attention to detail •Excellent eyesight ( with no colour blindness) •Strong problem solving skills •Ability to work under pressure •Strong interpersonal skills •Good verbal and written communication skills •Able to prioritise, follow up and schedule work •Ability to handle diverse tasks •Flexible; innovative; proactive; accountable and responsible individual •Customer focused with a strong emphasis on service delivery and customer satisfaction •Willingness to learn and be a team player (high EQ important) •Willingness to work outside normal working hours to fit in with customer availability Key responsibilities include inter alia: •Your ability to trouble shoot; fault find and or problem solve is key to this position •Identify work concerns to manager •To assist with implementation and maintenance of quality standards •Performing all delegated work in accordance with relevant company work and quality standards and procedures •Rendering assistance to colleagues •Being proactive in performing all tasks and duties allocated •Complete all documentation pertaining to delegated tasks as required •Ad hoc responsibilities as per operational requirements Should you meet the requirements and wish to be considered an applicant for this position, please apply online or email a comprehensive CV to Marcelino Majiet at mmajiet@tellumat by no later than Thursday, 14 November 2013.
