Ten months after 25-year-old Christian Cervantes was gunned down in a suspected case of mistaken identity his killers remain free. The young man was shot multiple times in the parking lot of Gloria`s Restaurant and Cantina in Downey on Jan. 20, hours after an earlier dispute involving several men. Authorities believe the gunmen returned to the parking lot looking for payback and mistook Cervantes for the man they were after.
