Ten obstacle race commandments!!! 1 Thou shalt not fear Dont let fear determin your accomplishments! 2 Stand strong when fallen You will fall and slipp, like all the others, stand back up with a smile and keep on going! 3 Thou shalt lend thy hand for the needy Always help a fellow OCR Warrior in need, show the true OCR spirit. 4 Respect thy fellow brothers and sisters Show respect to your fellow competitors before, during and after an event. 5 Thou shalt not cheat Dont skip obstacles or take shortcuts, you’re only cheating against yourself! 6 Leap with no fear, only thine strength Take on every obstacle with no fear only determination! 7 Thou shalt honour thy fallen warri’rs Respect the people who never got it to the finish line, they tried! 8 Thou shalt share victory with truthfulness Respect the sport and fellow competitors and only accept a win with honest results. 9 Thee shalt be unit’d outside the fields of glory We are all OCR Warriors no matter team colors or origin, #ocrunited! 10 Thou shalt embrace thy medal of personal glory and achievment Receive the medal with pride knowing you have accomplished and endured an obstacle race!
