Ten quick thoughts/takeaways from the Oscars: 1. Ellen should host it every year until SHE decides she doesnt want to anymore. Period. 2. If Chris Hemsworth and Charlize Theron made babies together, theyd be the most beautiful children on the planet. Good looking and strong probably. Good Lord. 3. Id love to see Ewan McGregor and Viola Davis in a film together. 4. I thought Ordinary Love should have won for Best Original Song but maybe I should just...let it go. 5. Angelina Jolie + Sidney Poitier = best pairing of the night. Pure class. 6. Some thought Wind Beneath My Wings was a bit sappy for the Memoriam but you cant deny that Bette Midlers still got it. 7. I like to be a positive, affirming person, but John Travolta. Man. They asked you to do one thing dude. One. Thing. Wow. 8. Gravity, way to clean house. Well deserved. 9. Congratulations Steve McQueen on the groundbreaking accomplishment. 10. Im pretty sure I have a man crush on Bono. Long live film. #oscars P.S. #11. I dont know what to tell you, Leo.
