Ten things you may not know about me: 1) I watched them bulldoze down the orange trees to build Disneyland when I was 10 years old. 2) I umpired baseball on a regular basis for over 30 years. 3) I attended two MLB All Star Games. San Diego in 1978 and Los Angeles in 1980. 4) I co-authored a book with Cherie Hollett entitle “Teaching the Constitution to 8th Graders.” It has been copyrighted through the Library of Congress but we haven’t had it published. 5) I will be taking my 13th cruise next month. 6) I will be visiting Cuba in January on a cultural/educational trip. 7) I have 1100+ fiction books in my living room, and that doesn’t include non-fiction. 8) I taught at two schools in Santee. Carlton Oaks 1972-1981. Cajon Park 1981-2004. 9) I was on the Board of Directors for Santee Santas 1995-2004. 10) I can watch planes coming in to land at Lindbergh Field from my living room.
