Ten years ago I loaned a fellow lawyer a Home Depot bought axe. Big ugly thing with a yellow fiberglass handle and a head of blackened steel. We both forgot about it long ago. But recently we worked together closing a big transaction and in the course of that he remembered the axe, whereupon he repaid me with interest. Behold, this is Fortitude. I shall leave it in its sheath until the Zombie Apocalypse, whereupon I shall loose it upon the undead hordes. At that time, I shall shall don a duster and a Yankees hat and slay multitudes of walkers. I shall be known as The Hewer and all shall speak of me in hushed whispers. Or something like that.
