The accused, who lives at 3, Michael Ebahor, Alaba Oro, Ajegunle, Apapa, Lagos, is standing trial on a count charge of assault. Cpl. The Senior Magistrate, Mr. Adeyemi Amos, granted the accused bail in the sum of N50, 000 with one surety in like sum. Amos adjourned the case till April 30, for hearing.
