Terrible product! No fridge should sound like this! In the past year we have contacted Samsung multiple times about our fridge and the loud noise it was making. After de-thawing our fridge multiple times, and after a couple visits from the repair man our fridge has begun making the same noise again. We were told that because our warranty recently expired our fridge could no longer be exchanged. This would not have been the problem had Samsung let us exchange the fridge when we first started having issues. This is terrible customer service on their part. The fridge should still be covered under warranty if the problem WASNT fixed when it WAS under warranty. Any other company would recognize that they have sold a faulty product and would replace it at no cost to the customer.
