Terrific Cosmology invented by Muslims lately from Quran ============================================= For centuries we have known the earth shape is like Orange. All the latest remote satellites too took earth picture like Orange. But lately some Muslims discovered from Quran that the earth shape is like Egg. Now if the scientists are right then Quran is false , if Quran is right then Scientists are false. Now who is right ? The problem arose when every statement of quran shows the earth is neither egg nor orange like. Quran simply states that the earth is flat. So Muslims thought it dangerous for their islam cause , If Quran says earth is just flat , which is contradictory to science , Quran must be false. So some muslims desperately tried to find a way to fit quran with modern science and they found something from the following verse of quran : -------------------------------------------------------- [79:30] He made the earth egg-shaped (masjidtucson.org/quran/frames/) -------------------------------------------------------. The interesting thing is , the above translation is made by Rashad Khalifa who claimed himself to be a prophet and was terribly killed by some fanatic muslims. Now Muslims dont accept Rashad as their Khalif but accepted his translation to support their case. So question is : is Rashads translation correct ? This proves that Muslims are endlessly desperate to prove their Quran is a scientific book by twisting or distorting the word or meaning of Quran. *********************************
