Terrorism is all about urban terrorism. Killing in the city with an IED blast, blowing up train’s and government installations, blowing up car / bike / cycle in the market area. This new threat is arising every year. Making people hostage in residential buildings, hotels and government set up is the prime motive of urban terrorism. New training is in demand and that training is tactical shooting which is given to special commandos. How to make an entry inside building with the help of ropes?? How to locate a place from where commandos can reach to an affected area if not directly??? For this one needs a very active body with an active mind since a person who will be doing this act of bravery will be entering with a rifle, pistol and back pack carrying some gadgets. Once the team enters inside building action starts the name of action is tactical shooting. How to shoot tactically and clearing rooms one by one and rescuing hostages is the top most priority of this task. To kill terrorist with an accurate shooting and taking out hostages safely from building makes this tactical shooting the top priority of armed forces. Room clear is the top most tasks in this shooting without hurting hostage. Private training institute should be made in country with the help of army so that young people can take training in this tactical shooting with some unarmed combat. It will help immensely to deal with this growing threat. Once we will have trained people from public we can give strong resistance to terrorist. Government should also construct two trained civil quarter guards in every big city from where these people can equip themselves before starting their mission. These people will be of great help for small army company in particular city and to the police force I think this training will be the best then police training in dealing with terrorist threat.
