Testimony: James 4:10 Ever since I got born again, I told myself that I will stay true, grounded/humble. I have seen on how other Christians treated others and it was wrong but that taught me to be different (so I thought). As I grew up spiritually, sharing the word of God somehow I lost my way and became like “those Christians” I tried to avoid being one. I did not realize that much, I did not pay attention to the Holy Spirit that I must be humble. I used to get in to fights with my partner about the way I approach situations, how I talk to her. She once said to me, “sometimes when I need my boyfriend, all I get is a Pastor.” To be honest, that was just the beginning of being corrected/reminded that I have lost my way. As couples, we argued but that day I received a script that spoke about “Do not judge others.” I paused and looked at her, in my heart I thanked the Lord for the script and I apologized to her. Still I did not become wiser that I am being reminded that I have lost my way. As I was watching a movie, I saw some verse on it but it struck me that I rewinded the movie to get a clear view of it. I opened my Holy Bible to read it and it was JAMES4:10 “HUMBLE YOURSELVES BEFORE THE LORD, AND HE WILL LIFT YOU UP.” After I read the script, I had to share it with my friend but at first I did not understand what it really meant for me. God works in ways that I will never understand but to obey, I became wiser by His grace and with the aid of the Holy Spirit of course. I have found my path again, to remain humble no matter how spiritually gifted and fortunate I am. Truly I can say, God has is still teaching me every day, Jesus Christ is molding me, the Holy Spirit is as faithful as ever. I am blessed that I did not notice much. I thank God, Jesus Christ, Holy Spirit, Holy Bible, the Angels of God, everyone who always said to me, be humble and last but not least, my partner. Amen! !!!GLORY BE TO GOD!!!
