Texas Foundation for the Arts has produced a 60-minute documentary about the history of the Houston Ship Channel that will air on Houston Public Media TV 8 (Houston’s PBS affiliate) on November 10, 2014 @ 9pm. The program will provide an overview of ship channel operations and explain the importance of the ship channel to the people of Texas and beyond. Tune in on the Houston Ship Channel’s anniversary to see more about our port’s great history AND you may even see some familiar faces and hear some familiar voices on the video too!
