Texas This beautiful boy is living in a terrible situation. Hes tied up outside for days at a time with no food or shelter while his owner works out of town. Caring neighbors having been feeding him but he really needs to be rescued. The owner has agreed to surrender him if rescue can be found. We have lined up funding to assist with his medical needs but he needs a foster home! We can also help with exposure to help this guy get adopted, training, foster support, food, etc. Hes quite sweet although a little shy and will need some time to settle in to a new environment. We are currently assessing his social skills with other dogs to help with the best placement. Can you please share?
