Texas actors and crew beware of this man, currently going by the name Benny Hill on facebook, but he normally goes by Ivann Decarlo. He is a director located in Conroe, Texas, who is incredibly unhinged. You may have seen his ads looking for actors on fb and shortfilmtexas (shortfilmtexas/tag/ivann-decarlo), do not reply to these ads. He may also contact you on twitter (webcache.googleusercontent/search?q=cache:YzVc82MjaX8J:https://twitter/IvannDeCarlo+&cd=1&hl=en&ct=clnk&gl=us) or facebook (https://facebook/TheOnlyIvannDeCarlo), do not engage him. He will harass and demean you and he will never actually make a movie. I worry about whether or not he is violent. Ive watched him verbally abuse many people and recently someone tweeted an exchange they had with him where he tried to convince an actor to drop out of a play in order to work for him, and threatened him when he said he couldnt (https://twitter/jaylee/status/436674306794205184). Please keep this mans name and face in mind when responding to casting calls and warn your colleagues about him. At best hell just waste your time, at worst youll be dealing with an unstable bully who will relentlessly insult you and who may possibly be dangerous. Thank you.
