I have applied for OPT STEM extension on May 22nd to texas service center and still it shows as initial review.My OPT 1 got expired in mid of July and am worried as it shows the same from couple of months. 1) Can it be chances of RFE,is that the reason it is in initial review from so long? 2) Is there anybody who applied for STEM to same service center and still waiting for card from so long ?
