Texas friends and friend of friends, this exceptional Rottie is Urgent. According to the write up, he is nice on a leash, ok with other dogs and cats, calm excellent leash manners. He JUST needs a foster for two weeks so he can be transported by loving people out of state, to a safe haven where he will be found a home. This share is from Claudia Bennett. Unfortunately , this boy is number 2 on the kill list. There is very little time, but there is time if just one foster can be found.
