Thank God !! Dr. Cassim finally contacted me. That man is in in Iraq !!! yes, and still called me to help with my health. LOVE LOVE LOVE HIM !!!! So he says if my stoole has no blood that i am not bleeding internally. the problem is my gastric bi pass surgery. I am not absorbing enough nutrients. To go roght now and do my blood transfusion. i will feel better for my wedding night lol. Then go see a hemotologist a Dr. Pierce. Who is also an Oncologist. I need a complete metbolic work out. My thyroid and liver examened. Bone Marrow test ( note not ever gonna do that one) need folic acid and b12 levels may need shots. Then repeat stoole test check again for blood. Then after all that do my uper and lower track test. OH BOY !!!
