This realtor did not sell my house during my contract period, and I instantly regretted not taking the advice of my friend and going with Yvette. I met with Yvette and she went over what her services were. Instantly, I knew things would be different as she had a very clear marketing plan and was very accessible. Yvette was in constant communication with me in regards to any questions or concerns that I had - through texts, email and/or phone. She marketed my house vigorously, and my house sold!
