Thank You, Lord, in moments of utterly brainless reaction to an accident, You send Your angel to PROTECT me from serious harm or injury. To my angel, its totally understandable if you ask for a re-assignment, given my numerous accounts of unimaginable accidents; but hey, youre used to it anywaz! Super thanks! ;-) Coz I was so hungry yesterday, I forgot to hand brake when I parked the car; I did not notice the slot was so slightly inclined; I got off and was startled when I saw the car moving, with my bag and netbook on my hands, I tried pushing it back til I was sandwiched between it and another parked car. By law of gravity, it should have been a terrible accident; but the car AMAZINGLY bounced when it hit me; so I PUSHED it all the more til I got the key and got inside to hand brake. The man who helped me pushed had the presence of mind for self-preservation and moved out before he was sandwiched like me. I dont think I could ever go back to that restaurant coz now I am famously known to be the babaeng sinalo ang kotse. The resto guard was stunned, the other guards just unbelievably stared at me, only one man, I think, a driver, responded to my scream for help. But I am grateful for another man, who was kind enough to give me water and asked if I needed to be brought to the hospital. And its so AMAZING that after we prayed for someone to drive me home since I was in shock, 2 friends came in the door, who just happened to have a meeting. So I did not have to bother other friends. My whole body is sore, my back and arms hurt and my thighs have bruises. Its so outrageously ridiculous, what I did! I could have fallen and the car could have rolled over me! The Lord truly comes in in my weakness and just saves me from my stupidity and carelessness! Well, the cars are unscathed! Friends were there for moral support. I am still in one piece. Its a super dark comedy of errors and only by Gods grace it did not end in tragedy! Thank You, Lord! Whew! Now I dont know if I would have the guts to drive again!
