Thank goodness I have a good memory. I received a call earlier this evening from someone claiming to be from Windows Tech Support. Immediately I was suspicious because he said Windows not Microsoft. Then I remember reading or hearing something about a scam where someone calls and claims to be from tech support to get control of your computer and then charging a large amount of money to "fix" it. I told the guy I was not at home and was getting ready to start a meeting. I asked him for his name and number and told him when I verified his information I would call him back. Now he started insisting that I log into my computer and and let him help me fix it. I ended up hanging up on the guy. Beware of any phone calls from Windows Tech Support from people with accents!
