Thank goodness for central heating... Only forgot to close the kitchen window n woke up cold.... Makes me appreciate how lucky we are to be able to get warm with the flick of a switch... Please spare a thought for the #Homeless this #Christmas... So many peeps are really struggling without a warm place to sleep or food in their belly, facing a cold and hungry Christmas alone... After what begins with stress can result in full blown depression and then without treatment and support can quickly escalate to a complete psychological breakdown... Its a slippery slope! Sad fact is, many innocent and once hard working people end up homeless through no fault of their own... Without a good support network, stress can build, as things begin to slide with the pressure... Work, admin, money worries, relationships... People can struggle to communicate their problems due to the anxiety they feel inside, the brain begins to shut down unable to cope with the overload of stress and people lose perception... Once on the downward spiral its very hard to get back on track, especially so without help and support.. Instead of passing by when you see someone begging and thinking to yourself Get a job Ask yourself who they were before and where they came from... Please show some kindness... A hot cup of soup or tea from a stranger warms the heart, not only the bones
