Thank goodness for the British who value their eccentrics. Normal is a word invented by conformists to make others seem less special & causing them to be stigmatised ensuring few ppl are brave enough to stand out in in unique ways. Weve all been guilty of distrusting ppl who are different from ourselves; its in our tribal instinct. I look around me & see sycophantic airheads vying for popular opinion & I have to wonder whether this modern version of Darwins survival of the fittest is really in the interests of our species.
