It has a small private parking area, permit holders only which you can obtain from Edinburgh council. My flat has exceptional views of Edinburgh castle and Calton Hill (extremely beneficial over the festive periods) in a very friendly neighbourly block. There is a small allotment area at the rear of the building which participating residents take great pride in making sure it is kept to a lovely clean high standard.
