Thank you AT&T for my HORRIBLE mood.... FYI... Customers youve had for 17+ years... Deserve someone who speaks CLEAR English when they have problems!! Repeating myself and my point over and over because their is a communication BREAK DOWN is FRUSTRATING! How about this policy... When someone ASKS to speak to someone else because of a language barrier... HONOR THE REQUEST THE FIRST TIME THEY ASK... Its common sense and good customer service...
