Thank you, Dyson, for making CRAP. THREE repairs, NONE covered under your famous 5-year warranty. This last one would have cost $200! Half the price of your vacuum we paid for three years ago. What is the PURPOSE of paying top-dollar for a vacuum toting itself as worthy and as coming with a well-marketed five-year warranty, when the vacuum consistently breaks down and ABSOLUTELY NOTHING is covered under the warranty. Dyson, thanks for nothing....your product, your name, your reputation, and your warranty all stink. To all reading this -- if you are ever in need of a vacuum and are remotely considering Dyson. Please make another choice. That is all.
