We had a toilet that would start running water sporadically with no one using it. The plumber had to order new parts to repair the problem. Member Comments: The plumber called ahead each of the two times he was here to say when he would arrive & was on time. He was courteous & neat. He wore covers over his shoes to protect our floors. He double checked to make sure that the repair was functioning properly & not leaking before he left. While here, on his own without our requesting it, he checked the hot water tank & the back flow tank in the garage. Laurie is a very efficient person. She answered our e-mail request on a Sunday night!
