Thank you Meadow Vista! We are exhausted, but ELATED. Our first week exceeded our wildest expectations of sales and support. We averaged over 100 people for breakfast and lunch each day this week and ended the week providing dinner service for 80 people Sat night. Thank you for all of your warm, supportive comments and welcomes. We wanted to create a neighborhood, community bistro where everyone would feel welcomed and comfortable in a relaxing atmosphere and you are the ones that actually made us feel welcomed! Heres to the beginning of a long lasting relationship. Thank you to those that have provided constructive criticism, we are always open to making the operation better. And another apology to those that we just straight up made mistakes with, we hope youll give us another chance to do it better. Sunday Brunch service is on the horizon, but we need a chance to regroup a little and add to our amazing back of the house crew (who are also exhausted) with some additional cooks. Again, thank you, we are so grateful to be of service.
