Thank you Mr. President of the EP. Thank you for your extensive speech covering a great deal of challenging and pressing issues affecting the European citizens and member States, as well as, innocent citizens facing cruel death in the Mediterranean on and close to European coasts. The Data protection issue and fundamental Rights on privacy protections (especially in view of the extremely serious NCA scandal) is of utmost importance for all European citizens, political institutions, scientific and research institutions and laboratories and of course for European corporations research, technological excellence and overall competitiveness that is of major importance to our continent global competitiveness and most importantly on the enormous negative impact it may have on employment in general and highest ranking employment in particular. Frankly speaking, it may endanger the whole system if not stopped immediately. I also would like to thank you to bring the fundamental issue of tax evasion and avoidance which represent the most single factor of member states fiscal deficits and as a result with sever cuts in social spending and a devastating impact on the European ( world respected and pride causing ) social contract and well share state system. Tax evasion and avoidance and tax loop holes for the very rich and big-size companies and foreign corporates that operate on European Markets is having a devastating impact on middle clases and taking inequality to indecent and unacceptable levels. Mr. President I am certain you are aware that middle clases disposable income is the one most important single factor to growth, without a sustainable healthy consumer capacity, a sustainable growth is impossible and the sovereign debt payment will in the end becomes impossible. I also would like to thank you Mr. President on promoting European ethical and social values which makes the European model an example for other nations and continents to follow. I sincerely believe that, should be elected , you would be a magnificent president of the European Commission.
