Thank you Shaun Richard York for the inspiration in the following post. Suicide is devastating. Not only is a life lost but family, friends and loved ones left behind must struggle for a lifetime with questions, stigma and non closure. Believe me, I know this first hand. If suicide is something you are considering, PLEASE talk to someone. If you are not comfortable talking to family or friends, talk to me. Life can suck, be cruel and seems like there is no way out. I do not nor will pretend to have all the answers. But two things I am good at due to 20+ years of experience as being a RN is listening and finding resources to get you help. Youd be surprised the power of just having someone to listen to you. Life is precious and so are you. Im available 24.7
