Thank you Sue - an eye witness to this mornings incident: Black man in his late 40s to 50s with his pants rolled up. Dark green beanie with a hoodie pulled up. Got into a car parked at the laundromat by burrito factory this morning. The owner confronted him. He claimed it was his car. He finally got out and the car owner went inside to get help. The two men watched as the transient approached another vehicle with a woman inside. He was insisting on getting in her car. Then he began insisting that she let him in burrito factory or one of the other businesses. Everyone stood their ground telling him no and he ended up leaving before the police could be called. He headed eastbound on foothill.
