We have painted it in colours to match our house. We have also added some finishing touches like solar powered fairy lights, a light inside, a latch to hold the door open, a door stop and clips so the shutters don’t flap in the wind. We moved my daughter’s toy kitchen and toy food into the cubby and she has spent hours in her cubby ‘cooking’ all sort of meals. Prior to this she hadn’t played with her kitchen for about 6 months. Having the cubby in place has also meant that we have decided to have 8 of her friends around for a birthday party rather than have the party at a local park. I’m sure the cubby will be a big hit. Thank you to your husband and daughter for their assistance during the purchase process and after sales follow-up.
