Thank you Wong Tho Kong. Great information! _/|\_ I have been using this meditation method recently and have reached that point where I can get to the pains in back. Little by little it is helping. yesterday evening I had a very nice break through with it. My body actually shook while meditating and then stopped. I felt a little better afterwards 😀 As for dealing with stress in part 3, I have fortunately dealt with this in the past. So stress now comes and immediately goes... like the gentle blowing of the wind. Sadhu*3 for this post. May it help me and all those who take a minute to read it!
