The feeling is quite mutual, Toni. No matter what kind of day I have had...and today was one of the worst...I work for a lady who takes care of her staff as well as she does her clients. The level of excellence and team work that I have experienced since Full Circle Supports, Inc. made me a part of their team is truly inspiring. I dont know of many bosses who text a Thank You to their staff at 2:00 am. Toni works tirelessly with our clients and our team...and we hear and experience progress every day. I am awed by the possibilities and hope that I will live to see Mental Illness eliminated in my lifetime. Today I am grateful for the wisdom and knowledge of Dr. Mark Harmon, my professor at KVCC. Dr. Harmon is the reason I love this work. Dr. Harmon taught his class in a way that I use in my work every day. The most important message: Remember it isnt you. Its the illness. You have to leave you at the door. Thank you Dr. Harmon for helping me to leave me at the door today. I am so grateful for the kind, caring staff of people that I am blessed to work with. What a collaborative, supportive environment from the Directors to our fabulous schedulers and office people! I have NEVER left my office once in the last year and a half without our Co-Director saying Thanks for all you do, Val. Everything going okay? Not once. Any time I have a question...or need advice or have a concern...it is addressed. Go Team Toni!
