Thank you all again for your thoughts and prayers. We as a family believe firmly in the power of prayer! Never in a million years would I have ever thought this would happen. You hear and see it all the time, but this has it extremely close to home. The loss of my stepbrother has taken its tole on my mother and I. But, Seeing the pain in my stepfathers eyes while he tries to put on a happy face for everyone around him, kills me. I as a parent could never imagine what he is going though loosing a child. My heart is so broken knowing not only that he is in a world of hurt and will have to greave in his own way in his own time, but there is nothing anyone can do in the physical to console him. The fact that he and the family will have to lay his youngest biological son to rest in the coming days boggles my mind. In a perfect world, nobody should ever have to feel the pain of loosing a child. Thank you all again for the sweet and thoughtful messages, phone calls and text messages. I may never be able to express how much it means, but know that it all means the world to us! Love you all!
